Valia Demesticha

Valia Demesticha is the Software Sales Manager for Greece and Cyprus since early February 2025. Until then she was the Security Solutions Sales Leader for IBM Greece and Cyprus for 10 years. She joined IBM in 2000, and has undertaken various technical and sales positions with a focus on delivering innovative business solutions by utilizing the IBM software portfolio. Within her current role, her main mission is to enable the adoption of advanced solutions in the daily business practice of companies. She is working with various organization in the promotion of IBM technology adoption initiatives, smarter solutions and process transformation.

Valia Demesticha holds a BSc in Physics from the Kapodistrian University of Athens and a PhD in Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Athens
