Panagiotis Skyrlas

Panagiotis Skyrlas is an Athens-based  regulatory affairs, compliance, and cybersecurity executive with over two decades of experience spanning online gaming, banking, and telecommunications.

He currently serves as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs at Superbet, overseeing regulatory strategy across six countries. Previously, he spent three years as Chief Information Security and Regulatory Compliance Officer at Novibet Group, where he founded the company's cybersecurity division and built its group-wide risk and regulatory compliance program, managing licensing across eleven jurisdictions.

Earlier, at Kaizen Gaming (Betano & Stoiximan), he served seven years as Director of Regulatory Compliance and Information Security and Group DPO/MLRO, scaling his team to 60 staff and leading licensing and launches in more than a dozen markets worldwide. His career began with sixteen years at Vodafone Greece, heading information security, risk, and regulatory compliance.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Stockton University, an MBA from the National Technical University of Athens, and an Executive Diploma in Business and Leadership from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor, and served on the boards of the Hellenic Gaming Association, and ISACA.
