Marcin Chmiela

Marcin Chmiela is Vice President of E-XIM IT, a ServiceNow Elite Partner and member of QnR Group. Since 2013, he has co-led the company’s strategic growth across Poland and international

markets. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, he has held senior roles at leading technology companies including Comarch, B3 System, NAVIPRO and CA Technologies. He holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA.

Marcin is an expert in strategic management and business development, specializing in IT projects, implementations, and solutions that support enterprises' digital transformation.

Since July 2026, following QnR Group’s acquisition of a 51% stake, E-XIM IT has become a key part of the Group’s international growth strategy, positioning Poland as a strategic hub for Central and Eastern Europe, while bringing E-XIM’s ServiceNow expertise to QnR Group customers in Greece and the wider region.
