Costas brings over 30 years of experience in the broadcasting industry. Starting as a Broadcast Engineer in 1993, he advanced through roles such as OB Van Technical Director, MCR Supervisor, Chief Engineer, and Director of Engineering. He became CTO & CIO in 2008, later joining Broadcast Center Europe in 2015 as Director of Technology. Since 2020, he has been Group CTO of Antenna Group, leading its technology strategy and operations.
