Leinar Ramos

Leinar Ramos serves as a Vice President Analyst at Gartner, specializing in artificial intelligence. He advises AI leaders on crafting strategic plans, developing roadmaps to enhance organizational maturity, and navigating the latest technological trends in the AI sector. As a key initiative leader, he plays a crucial role in shaping Gartner's AI research agenda.

Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Ramos served as a Senior operations manager for EDF Energy, a U.K. energy firm, where he led a large team to run the analytics and optimization of the Smart Metering Program. Before that, he worked as a Project Manager for the IT Operations team at a large bank in Latin America, conducting initiatives on cost-optimization, virtualization, and the implementation of IT best-practices.
